    SS: India has been investing heavily in manufacturing industries over the last decade. It seems that the results have begun to show.

    Relevance to Neolibs: Good example of how state incentives and distortions can create surpluses in sectors while not giving the consumers of the said sectors time to catch up.

  2. Why not just export? There must be nations out there that want more cheap solar but don’t want to rely on China further for whatever reason
