US Presidents are not allowed to do this while living. Foreshadowing of what's to come in the near future?

This has to be one of the craziest eras in U.S. history and I’m not sure we can fully appreciate how nutty shit has gotten while we’re in it.
What in the hell ? It seems this shit is real, so hell must be a real place after all.
