If you want to control a Senator, a CEO, or a King, you need leverage that guarantees absolute compliance.
– Low Leverage: Embezzlement, a mistress, drug use. A politician can survive a scandal, go to rehab, and come back. The leverage is weak.
– Absolute Leverage: Child abuse.
It is the one crime that society will never forgive. It carries a life sentence in prison and total social annihilation.
Once a target is filmed engaging in this act, they are permanently enslaved to the person holding the tape (The Intelligence Agency / The Network). They cannot defect, they cannot resign, they cannot change policy. They belong to the handler.
