2). This is literally the easiest thing to “protest”…just don’t go. But this isn’t a protest, it’s a celebration of Charlie’s murder and a signal that they’d be happy if the rest of us were killed too.

Release false information as to where the memorial will take place, then quietly hold it elsewhere informing only select people to spread it by word of mouth, so the “protestors” end up gathering to “protest” for nothing while the memorial happens unimpeded elsewhere.
