  1. >Juror number 10 Nick Dargie said the holdout had every right to his opinion but that the reenactment using the same exercise bands left the room speechless.

    >“I was so shocked. We’re not here to play detective – it’s not a game of Clue. This is serious,” Dargie, 25, the fifth juror to come forward in the macabre case out of Duxbury, Mass., told ABC’s “GMA” in an interview that aired Thursday morning.

Clearly he was trying to awaken you to the seriousness of 3 murdered children, but you could only focus on the remotest of possibilities she was innocent because of temporary insanity.

Our society’s standards have been so warped by empathy and discarded absolute truth, that they’re willing to free Clancy. Victims can’t expect justice anymore.

The more I read about this, the more it seems like the “big personalities in the room” bullied the hell out of other jurors and pushed them to the NGRI verdict. This guy really was rock solid in his convictions.

Also I love how the juror interviewed here said they weren’t detectives playing a game of Clue, yet other jurors were hot to trot as unsworn witnesses using their medical expertise to testify in the jury room.

Lastly… HOW THE HELL DID THIS GUY HAVE HIS CELL PHONE DURING DELIBERATIONS? I get every state does it differently but in NY all electronic devices are taken from jurors when they start deliberations so they can’t look up extra info or sit there scrolling during deliberations (though I kinda don’t blame the guy for ignoring the others once he made up his mind and they tried to bully him to change his mind).
