They Simulated 9/11 Before 9/11

What are the odds that, just 3 months prior to the 9/11 attacks, NORAD and members of the U.S. military conducted Operation Amalgam Virgo, a simulation of planes flying into the World Trade Center? They also simulated a plane attack flying into the pentagon back in October 2000, 322 days before 9/11.
