Punish Russia with sanctions? How? We’ve sanctioned basically their whole economy since their invasion and huge swathes of their economy for more than a decade. Clearly sanctions against them are far too broad to work and are just making the Russian economy more agile, as they adapt to more and more restrictions.
Why is the response to political failure almost always to double down and do more of what failed?
