Wales won’t be it’s own state it’s just not practical at all. It’s not big enough and doesn’t have a big enough economy to sustain itself to current standards. There won’t even be a referendum.
Scotland might. Economically there would be issues, they spend more on public services than what they generate in taxes so though it could be sorted and they could operate independently it would be difficult. Far bigger questions such as do they join the EU and adopt the euro and what does that mean for the border with England will be the sticking point. I’ll be surprised if there wasn’t another referendum but the outcome is by no means certain.
The best solution would be a federal government between England, Scotland and Wales and the national authority doesn’t reside solely in England but operates between the parliaments of all 3.
The north of Ireland is part of Ireland the island should be unified and the UK should have no say in the matter.
