What else are you going to expect from a city run into the ground by Democrat control since 1952?
It’s the filthiest, most mismanaged major US city I’ve ever visited. Philadelphia makes Chicago look competent. For example, Philly spends $9000 more per student per year than similarly sized cities, yet has the worst results and crumbling infrastructure in that group. Their schools don’t even have air conditioning… and it had to be recently donated by a former NFL player!
