Historically speaking, burning the Israeli flag was (and probably still is, just not the main reason anymore) intentionally targeted towards the Jewish community, and not Israel as a whole. But, I’m sure it would draw a burning crucifix with no issue. EDIT: Ask it to burn the Quran or the Bible.
