Some random number texted me asking my opinion on Israel. I figured it was one of those opinion poll things because probably 15 years ago I made the mistake of joining a Republican mailing list and haven't been able to get off it; they just keep changing names and handing off my information. I was honest, and they (or the LLM running it) seemed to want to debate me or manipulate what I was saying to fit some pre-conceived narrative they want to tell.
This kinda makes me wonder if it's not just another opinion poll, but some kind of psy-op, or an effort to collect a list of non conformists to deport. They went back and forth a few times until I told them I had to go to work. Part of me thinks this is an actual human because I didn't send my first response until late yesterday evening, and they didn't answer until business hours today, but then were pretty responsive after that.
I know the solution is to just ignore it, but I generally answer these polls just so people know how Americans actually feel on issues.

Because you should totally trust the Zionist machine.
“Circling back” hate that. I wouldn’t engage with them next time, if you have any opposing views, it’s not like you’ll change their minds. It just wastes your precious time.
