I don’t know what your point is, but Nosferatu was a nonsense name made up because Dracula was still under copyright or something. I’m not sure Count Orlock was necessarily based on anything besides being creepy, which as you can understand, wouldn’t be that hard to pull off in the 1920s. The Addams Family Lurch’s actor Ted Cassidy was cast because he had a birth abnormality that made him look strange, he looked like that naturally.
This woman’s strange appearance can be explained by cosmetic surgery, but her movement and mannerisms are very much something else. I try not to delve too much on the side of the paranormal, but she does come off as something not human trying to appear human. I think it may very well be a person strung out on a substance trying to act sober, but that’s being generous.
