The video touches on this but India definitely needs to improve its culture to encourage entrepreuners to stay here and domestic companies need to pay much better. Multi-national companies are very easily outcompeting them even for entry level positions. Not just in tech but in general.
But I do think the attraction for emmigration has slowly dimmed over the years.
