We don’t have opposing parties in America, we have a right-wing uniparty

  1. SS: As Chomsky and others have noted, we have no real opposing party system in America. We have two right-wing parties that fight very hard over mostly meaningless social issues, but always come together for the important issues.

In addition, both parties fight hard to make sure no 3rd Parties make any headway whatsoever. In 2016, Bernie Sanders, in polling the month before elections, was ahead of Trump by double-digits, while Hillary was up 2%. The Dems did their best to tip the scales to Hillary Clinton, and the rest is history.

Always remember, when the Democrats claim to hate Republicans: they would rather have Donald Trump as president than Bernie Sanders.

  2. Election season always brings out bots being anti Democrat or anti “He who shall not be named because you’ll be accused of having him live rent free in your head”

Hey I hear they have a strongly worded letter cued up for 2026 so MAGA better count their days

  4. The only constant is the government gets bigger regardless of which side wins. They are both the same

  5. It’s all part of the plan. This has been a work in progress for 250 years.

Everything’s going according to the plan.

  6. Not that I’m trying to carry their water, the problem with ice is how Trump has used it, not necessarily the organization itself.

    But yeah fuck them.
