As all the governments and (probably corporation) try to control the weather it gets harder and harder for meteorologists to predict the correct weather even though they have more sophisticated technology and information than ever before. Meteorologists know it but aren’t going to say it though. Cloud seeding, HAARP etc.
Just to be clear, the governments are not working together, they are all using the technology to control specific areas, get rain here, stop rain there etc. It’s just impossible to try and predict a system with an outside influence is dipping their fingers in every 5 seconds.

Using weather as a weapon should be a violation of **Posse comitatus**.
I actually feel like it’s because weather in general has become far less stable/predictable due to the state of the earth than it use to be.

They are and have been since the sixtys. Daily visibility if you just look.

Turns out alot of areas depended on government equipment for readings and private companies arent as interested in providing coverage in rural areas. The bigger conspiracy is that we cut all the government services and used it to bomb brown people.
