Who are the Baluch militants taking on Iran rulers, and how far can they go?

The problem the regime faces is that if they expend men and resources on fighting these insurgents, they risk taking away vital resources of what they have left to try and fight the US coalition strikes and leave the regime even more vulnerable than it already is.
