I don't have the proper academic training to read these articles and place them in a larger context of sustainability, but knowing how well educated this sub is, I thought it a great place to ask. Do these sources provide the necessary evidence to claim density over 5 stories is generally *not* sustainable? And more generally, what evidence is there that 3-5 story buildings are the most sustainable development height?
