This is ridiculous partisan bullshit. It was a blanket sentence commuting of 1500 individuals that had their sentences already furlough by Trump in 2020 due to COVID concerns. That judge happened to be one of them and he already was living at home.

There are so many heartbreaking stories of kids whose lives were ruined by this judge.
One example of many:
Edward Kenzakoski, who was 17 at the time and an all-star wrestler, got charged with a minor drug paraphernalia offense.
He didn’t have any prior criminal record.
The Judge, because he was getting kickbacks, sentenced him to spend months in private lockups and a wilderness camp.
He ended up missing senior year of high school as a result.
He came out of lockup an understandably angry and depressed young man.
His friends and family said he was never the same.
He took his own life a few years later when he was just 23 years old.
