One of the easiest things is to simply take every opportunity from January on and just keep asking “Why haven’t prices gone down?!”
Prices could come down, but it’s pretty clear that the electorate doesn’t understand that anything short of free fall deflation is going to be noticed. Just keep hammering them. It’s a safe bet because other than us building more housing, nothing is going to change
