What is the free speech/1A argument? I don’t see how banning an app infringes on free speech.

I remember reading during the *Moody v. NetChoice* hearing before it was remanded that people thought SCOTUS seemed unwilling to let the laws stand as they thought it violated the 1stA, so maybe this is related somewhat?
