I’ve had a job try and get the kitchen cleaned by a rotating schedule of teams assigned to it each week. The IT and finance teams refused. It was way better for the company to hire additional cleaning staff and not lose productivity from employees

Dishwashing machines use less water than washing them by hand

Unfortunately this is not viable due to the fact that US maritime law requires I use American made dishwashing machines and American dishwashers.
