Many states have rules on where and when alcohol can be sold. Many states ban drinking in public. Some states even have commie state-owned liquor monopolies. This is America. I deserve the freedom to walk to a convenience store at 3 AM on a sunday, buy a bottle of hard liquor, and drink it on the sidewalk

Many states have rules on where and when alcohol can be sold.
Many states ban drinking in public.
