I mean, the Senate is going to have to confirm the majority of his picks. They probably have one, maybe two that they can throw in the wastebin. Hegseth was never going to be that one. They already sank Gaetz, so pick one between Gabbard or RFK Jr, and be hopeful that both get canned because they were (or are) Dems and not longtime loyalists.
