What the hell is happening. First he says he is conditioning aid to Cali, then literally 2 hours later he says he’s not, he withdraws from the WHO and 2 days later he wants back in. Usually you have to wait at least like 3-4 weeks for a Trump flip flop, their frequency is increasing at an exponential rate. Soon we shall approach a singularity he holds all positions simultaneously.
