I see this as the same thing as drawing on a map with a sharpie because he was wrong about the path of a hurricane.
Trump is stupid and didn’t know the water declaration he was complaining about had nothing to do with LA. Instead of letting it quietly die, he’s going to make a scene, pretend he fixed it, and take credit if the fires aren’t bad next year.
