Probably the least surprising thing US has done so far. Even plenty of American “liberals” have given up any pretense of caring about international order or institutions when the rules were applied to America or Israel for once.
Out of WHO, ICC sanctioned, World Bank hamstrung, openly antagonistic to NATO and the UN. Not a good time for liberal world order enjoyers.

The main claim is over Israel obviously but let’s be honest, they also want to delegitimize it for Putin as well.
