Canada is the new US. I am genuinely worried about 2026 it might not be landslide people seem to be expecting. 2018 had a lot of good organization and clear vocal opposition message on both Trumps rhetoric and policy we don’t have that now. We are completely listless Schumer isn’t cut out for this and Jeffries isn’t established enough to be the head of the party like Pelosi was

GOOD! God I hope Daniel Noboa is able to win their elections next week and come back with a solid Congressional majority. He’s center-right and his main opponent is a Rafael Correa puppet. Noboa is also pretty pro-Western and seems to actually want to crack down on crime while also building an economy that allows people to have other choices than a life of crime. I hope he wins.
