This will literally kill people reliant on antiretrovirals provided by these programs. It will create an enormous gap in foreign aid that will be happily filled by the chinese (in exchange for fisheries, forestries, mines, etc).

its funny, for how much they complain about corruption for this agency, firing all the grant officers just gives grantees the freedom to do whatever they want with grant monies they’ve already been given if there is no oversight.
