**Engagers:**: most of those countries are among highest NATO’s highest per capita spenders on defence and are making a pragmatic effort to build relationship with him. Such as Poland, Baltic and Nordic nations.
**Moralisers**: One of them is (high probable) outgoing German chancellor Scholz which his relationship with Trump is poisoned by contempt.
**Oppotunitists**: It is the French. As Macron see acrimony in Transatlantic relationship in Trump’s era as the chance for Paris to claim leadership of post-American Europe.
