It’s very likely Russia is still going through their old stock which would have those components.
That notwithstanding, the west needs to realize that wars aren’t won through sanctions. Instead of obsessing over how individual components make it there – which is something that will *always* happen, and has happened both ways even during Cold War – our governments should be focusing on practical steps to win the war. In this context, how to effectively defend Ukraine against those missiles, and where possible to ensure they can’t even get off the ground.
