To regain majority in senate seats in 2026, **Democrats** will **need to gain 4 seats in next year.** However, Democrats signaled they were confident to hold the seat, where Harris won MN by 4 points last year. David Bergstein said GOP hadn’t won a MN senate race for over 20 years and they would hold the seat in next year.

Dems need to ensure that she never becomes the nominee. She could legitimately put that seat at risk.
