What if Trump actually is 5D chessing everyone because he’s aware Putin is posturing to make his weak position look stronger, and Zelensky is kissing his ass to curry favor, and despite knowing this Trump just plays along like he’s falling for all of it but really his mind has been made up forever?
Like clearly he doesn’t give a shit about Ukraine, but he’ll take the gifts and praise; similarly, he knows Russia has performed pathetically and he could use our geopolitical might to crush them if he wanted, despite what I’m sure is Putin telling him nuclear war this nuclear war that, but he just goes “yeah Vlad, wow, scary stuff, yeah, gotta end the war”…but in reality he’s going to check over Ukraine regardless because that’s just been his position from day 0?
