China has its’ problems, but it does seem like a more reliable partner. Though it remains to be seen what exactly they could offer, and to WHOM will they offer it, because there’s Europe and there’s space where Russia has ”legitimate security concerns”, and I don’t think that China will ditch Russia.

Germany and the EU should reject it. They should have already learned at this point that cooperating with western adversaries isn’t going to go well.
