At this point I just have to say “good”. Let it happen and let Trump voters suffer.
That’s my coping mechanism anyway since we’ll all suffer, and let’s be real, Trump voters will all of a sudden be fine with higher prices and slow growth since it’s *their* guy causing everyone’s problems.

i know it sounds unpopular, but US is abandoning all its allies except for Israel
not only does that tarnish US’s reputation, it feeds antisemitic conspiracy theory thinking
many people are wondering what makes Israel so special that it gets exempted from all tariff discussions,
how is Israel getting a better treatment than Taiwan or SK for example?
i don’t buy the antisemitic conspiracy theories of “Jews control the US”, obviously , but that doesn’t mean an increasing percentage of people in the West don’t believe them
