Last week when Vice President Kamala Harris selected Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate, I wanted to celebrate by eating something traditionally Minnesotan. A number of folks suggested making a hot dish, so I found Walz' recipe for a "turkey tot hot dish" and decided to try it! Finally had the time and energy after work to make it, so behold! It's not the prettiest looking meal in the world (my baking dish was a bit too small) but I can't wait to dig in! Hope I made America's dad proud!
