But if it really is this guy who managed to pull it off, I say the Germans hire him instead. If him and his team can manage to pull this off with a retiree’s leisure sailboat, there is no limit to what he can do with actual military gear at his disposal.

So whats next? If they indeed did it and are hiding in Poland that somewhat makes anyone blaming Russia look like clowns ( Russia could have hired Ukrainians but I doubt Poland would just let them chill there). It still was an attack on infrastructure you kinda have to do something about it or you will give another angle of attack for AFD.
