That would be very bad. Dems need to run to the center more if they want to win, not to the left

The bedrock foundations of our nation are being systematically destroyed brick-by-brick by Trump and the GOP, yet these journalists keep finding ways to focus on the Democrats and their shortcomings.

No wonder we’re losing so badly.

You say it like it’s a bad thing. The Tea Party was the most successful conservative movement in our history. Republicans did extremely well post-2010.

  4. Finally, my position of “The Republican party must be destroyed root-and-branch, it must be opposed at every step, its leaders and its voters must be humiliated, its funders must be bankrupted and its criminals must be jailed” is gaining traction among Democrats.

  5.  Seems to me that the Tea Party movement invigorated the Republicans. The Democrats need to get them some of that energy.

It would be pretty funny if there is a young challenger to Ed Markey who gets the support of all of the lefty groups

  7. This is pretty useless – they need to poll individual members. This could be a classic case of “Congress sucks but my own member is great”

I have no doubt people are mad at democrats but if there is going to be a tea party moment, that anger needs to actually be aimed at people’s own members

The tea party movement was mostly astroturfing by the Koch’s and those folks

We don’t have that type of infrastructure on our side
