Bizarre policies in this case being reformist and forward thinking in the case of Peter III., while also fangirling over one of the legitimate impressive monarchs of his time. Like, come on, if anything he’s a big point of missed potential for Russia, sadly robbed by more reactionary elements of society being unwilling to see their privileges infringed upon.
