China has to know it’s a no, right? Americans couldn’t go a year wearing a mask let alone asking them to make a massive sacrifice in blood and treasure for another country.
Officially the United States doesn’t even recognize Taiwan as a country well also giving them billions in arms. It has always been ambiguous towards Taiwan.
I’m shocked for once Trump has made a foreign policy statement that isn’t a compete departure from diplomatic stances historical held by the US.
