Much like how Trump’s idiotic sabre-rattling has real effects like pissing off our allies and making them not want to deal with us, even Schrodinger’s tariffs are having an effect, even if they keep getting delayed. Businesses have to plan out on advance, and when the White House creates uncertainty, that makes it harder to plan.
