Republicans will worship anything Democrats hate. I don’t get the obsession with fossil fuels. We have new sources of power. I understand some communities depend on them. I come from a coal community. But, that same community could have a hydroelectric dam and coal plants can become nuclear plants. You can build windmills in the forest without cutting down trees.
Fossil fuels are dramatically more expensive than cleaner alternatives. You could cut your energy bills in half with clean energy. That’s the message Democrats should be using.

As they say – “China comes to Africa with aid, The West comes with lectures”. It should change.
