Not gonna happen in significant numbers as long as wages are lower, CAD is worth less, and housing is expensive in Canada. These are all fixable problems but the fixes aren’t in yet

People with in demand skills will always have global mobility. There’s not a reason to leave yet as long as wages abroad are lower. The real place a country like Canada can benefit is from attracting foreign students to their universities (instead of American ones) and retaining them domestically after they graduate.
