Thank god Mothers’ pension is secure. I started to worry.
Let’s hope the money will be spent on development and not wasted on consultants, overpriced projects and gifts to clientele, as it was during previous few decades.
But I would bet on money being wasted ofc. Responsible spending requires tectonic shift in governing, and I can see none.
