Only parties protesting are a small liberal party that is basically dead and the joke party.

The Hungarian Parliament passed on Tuesday a bill formally banning Pride events and allowing facial recognition software to be used to identify participants, the latest in a series of increasingly repressive measures taken against the LGBT+ community by Viktor Orban’s government.
Floated last month by Orban’s chief of staff, the bill was adopted just one day after being proposed through a special accelerated procedure, explicitly aiming to ban the Budapest Pride, one of Central Europe’s oldest and largest Pride parades.
The ban, only supported by 36% of the population, is based on earlier legislation equating public displays of LGBT+ behavior to indecent exposure, banning LGBT+ inclusive sex education, and ending legal recognition of same-sex couples and transgender identities, in a gradual repression modeled after Russia’s anti-gay crackdown since 2013, and replicated since then in various forms across Europe, from Georgia to Bulgaria.
