Technically true, the Supreme Court is the only Court created by the Constitution not the Legislature!
If they try anything like this, Court Packing is back on the menu, boys.

Making changes to an important institution like the courts should require a higher bar than regular legislation.
Remember when packing the Supreme Court was widely panned as radical and extremist and anti-democracy. Will there be the same outrage from the media over this? (FWIW i also believe packing the Supreme Court was and is ridiculous and salty behavior)
