For context this is that SuperMax prison in El Salvador

What do I think of concentration camps? I generally think they’re bad but it depends, have all of these individuals gone through due process?

There should be due process or no prison at all. If they’re all in there waiting for proper due process and had the option of paying bail, no problems here. This definitely isn’t the case though, and while they did do something that is illegal, they have a right to due process and to face their accusers, a right that they were robbed of.

I feel horrible about it.
This is the result of government intervention into every facet of our lives—intermittent camps, international crime gangs, and weird blow up puppets like Noam (or however you spell her fucking name).
Every single one of these things could be prevented by less government; by a more robust empowerment of the people; and by holding those who are corrupt to account.

I think it is a disproportionate response that they are doing for monetary benefit. It made sense for El Salvador given their gang situation, but that doesn’t make it an appropriate long term response or general response.
The reality is that they don’t trust hiring the general public to hire and train them on assisting with legal assistance, so they are rushing to evade the justice system where possible and brute force it elsewhere.
