Trump is right. There is no compelling reason the US should only obtain access to Ukraine’s rare earth minerals when Russia also has vast rare earth mineral reserves. If there is to be a ceasefire, Russia should also give Trump access to their rare earth metals as compensation for his high eminency’s benevolence.
