PSA, apparently, DUI as a F1 student is really dicey ground. Regardless of your immigration status, don’t drink and drive or be tired and drive.
Revoke their student visa, but give them a green card and make them a top DOD official now. You might not like it, but they’ve proven themselves qualified.

I have four main thoughts on this
Some deportations (like this one) are justified, deportations that are justified still should go through proper processes, I don’t know what the proper processes are or aren’t, and DUIs should come with much harsher consequences
