US official says Mideast mediators are preparing for implementation of cease-fire deal in advance

Netanyahu:

* Is currently overseeing a war that is going in Israel’s favor and recently accomplished some high-profile eliminations of Hamas leadership

* Very likely prefers that Trump is elected over Kamala

* Is probably a clinical sociopath who doesn’t care about Palestinian or Israeli (hostages included) deaths, other than to the extent they personally affect him

* Likely sees a full-scale war with Hizballah and/or Iran as politically beneficial

So, I’m not sure what his incentive is to agree or adhere to any sort of lasting ceasefire deal, at least prior to mid-November.

And that’s not even getting into how his Palestinian counterparts are ranking officials in a genocidal terrorist organization that has yet to negotiate in good faith and delusionally believes it’s winning a war where over half its personnel are KIA because its also an apocalyptic death cult not bound by rational thought.
