Hello guys, "EPIC City" is a planned town of 1000 housing units on a bought plot of land in Josephine, Texas. The plan of building a community that caters to the need of Muslim Americans include a Mosque, a K-12 School, a Community College and shops that cater to Muslim needs. This plan however is being actively trwathed by state and federal agencies who are trying to hinder it from coming off the ground before it even breaks into the building stage.
The concerning thing for me is that Republicans and Libertarians, who value freedom and independent enterprise, seem to actively try to curtail it when other groups try to pursuit their happiness. Do you, as a Libertarian Community, have a problem with a community trying to set up such a project if it breaks no laws and takes no funding from the state?
